I have both whmautopilot and whoiscart, and I have two reseller accounts: windows (helm) and linux (cpanel). Now I just want to use either one for my billing solution to keep it simple. my requirements are to send invoices to clients automatically, send welcome/web hosting info to clients automatically, a record of who is paying and who is not. and if client is paid, the record should be updated

please help me to choose :(

WHM AutoPilot. Plain n' Simple. Best out there and has a lot of great features. Well pieced together as well!

Yes, but WHM Auto Pilot will most likely not work with Helm.

Correct. WHM is a royal pain to use on anything but cPanel. I don't consider that a fault as the program was never designed to be used on other systems. It is good at what it was intended to be used on.

In this case I would use whoiscart if you already have the license.

but I think both whoiscart and autopilot didn't integrate with HELM right? I dunno, it's hard to choose :( any other opinions??

You could still use WHMAutopilot for billing purposes and not account creation purposes.

Simply create a hosting group for CPanel and another for Helm. Create your plans within these groups and you can bill and charge for both.

Since your Canadian you may have the same problems as me (UK) - WHMAP does not handle tax ( reports are it will with V3) but I couldn't find anything in the roadmap) Whoiscart does
