I'm curious to see what you guys think is better for security.

Would you prefer to have the "Gold Management", or the "SnapGear Firewall"?

It depends, if you know how to manage servers then go for the Firewall else go for the management or you can go for both :D

Well personally i would go with the management, theres things you need such as kernel upgrades. You could go with an outsourced admin as you will get more hours of system admin work, i belive the gold plan has 2 hours work a month. If you need a reseller BVS is a great reseller

I'd go with the firewall, myself.. But our needs may be different than yours - we do 99.9% of the admin stuff in-house. If you're not comfortable with that, definitely opt for the gold, I'd say.
