Hi

I have been using Ares to download music here and there but just a few songs here and there, but today at school now Ares, along with Kazaa and LimeWire are blocked - they will no longer connect and start downloading.

Does anyone know how to get around the restrictions that the school has put on to not be able to use ARES. I tried the proxy thing but that did not work (not sure id I did it right tho)

There is a reason that your school blocked access to things like that. You're supposed to be doing schoolwork at school. Not downloading pirated music.

Just a thought.
