Yes the bandwidth is Global.

The servers are situated in Redbus 2 Meridian Gate this is the same for the full racks.

I think it's a bit more than that, earlier traceroutes were giving up at 134.222.109.182, now they're terminating at gige-gw.london.tsn.uk.com (213.160.97.74)

No its just were replacing a webserevr and moving the files across. our routes change all the time Cloudmaster depending on latency and best path as the night progresses.

Its quite clear nothing else is down.

we have equipment behind their router and that stayed up fine. Think it was tsn's dns/email/www that was down only.
