Need affordable support solution. Have support desk in place. Just starting out so have to keep the day job and would like to have something in place for when I can't be there. :peace:

You can try www.brainus.net. Its good in outsource support. Its support centers are in brazil and India Both.

I would recommend www.tripodsupport.com. Their plans start at $25 for off-hour support and $35 for 24/7 support, I believe. I think you get the first month free to test it.
