 | View Full Version : Dellz dt2k1 10-14-2001, 06:37 PM I signed up with Dellz today and sent their support 2 e-mails asking info regarding setting up my account. They replied really fast but warned me on "support abuse". What is this? This is surely not good first impression. I'll see what their service will be. The reason being is because we didnt even have a chance to setup your account and even provide you DNS settings for that matter. No worries, we are very friendly as always ASK US before posting in a forum because nobody here knows, everyone here can only speculate and cause problems. if anything go to our board and post because you would receive a quicker answer. Softwarereview, its good to hear from you again. when you searching for dellz all you are going to find is some kid saying we are going to have a law suit and "jail time" because he did not like our services so we gave him a refund, he didnt get it as quickly as he wanted, guess he thought it was instant, when it takes a couple of days for it to go through, problem solved and we dont have to deal with his immaturity anymore.
