I'm doing all my hosting payments through paypal currently until i can find another cheap solution. I am using paypal subscription payments.

Pretty much what im looking for is something that has order forms setup kinda like modernbill but a free system. Any recommendations would be highly recommended! Thanks!

Personally, if I require any billing solution I'll pay for it. Since you are dealing with payment and money, you definitely want a solution which is well supported and not some free software which might get abandoned or hardly worked on for that would you ?

Like they say, it takes money to make money.. Using an established product like modernbill would inevitably instill confidence with your clients.
