Say i needed 2400 GB of monthly transfer. So I buy two Ev1servers. How could I like distribute out the bandwidth between the two or connect to both servers through one set of scripts. Im trying to figure out how to tie them all together into one by using PHP and MYSql. Like they all connect to same database.

Use round-robin DNS and connect to the same mysql DB

you setup a records on one of the servers like this

domain.com. 14000 IN A ip1
domain.com. 14000 IN A ip2

To add to what thelinuxguy said, you should use a TTL of 3600 as suggested by Albitz & Liu's "DNS & BIND"
