How would I go about setting up Ensim to backup sites on a secondary drive? Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Do you want to back up the entire first drive? or only portions? Need a few more details :)

All of the sites on the first drive.

If you plan to use vhexport, or backup via wp, then you'll need to create a folder on the second drive, make it accessible by the user that will ftp it to that dir. After that, just initiate the backup.
