Hmmm In this business I think many are on "rotating schedules" depending on what's going on within their company....
On "average" however I think I land in the 4AM to 8AM EST range for dream land.
I usually begin between noon and 2pm...

I'm in the 3-4 AM EST (1-2 AM PST where I am) time for hitting the hay. Hot chocolate & caffeinated penguine mints... it's a good thing.

I was thinking of dying my hair silver so people wouldn't notice when I got real ones. :) Of course I've had a few grey hairs since I was about 7 so I'm used to'em.

Missing an option: I don't sleep within every 24 hours.

Yeah, I know what you mean. My mind is so busy that I can't sleep. No matter what I do, all attempts to try and fall sleep fail.
I've been up for just over 26 hours now. I've got another 11 hours to go before I can crash again. Prior to the 26 hours, I had 2 hours sleep.

What is this sleep you speak of?

Someone needs to redo this poll. It's so flawed. People in diff. time zones obviously sleep at differnt EST times, but it doesn't mean they're sleeping too early/late.
