I have requested an OS Reload in the last 24 hours. And until now, i haven't receive any update regarding the reload. I have contacted them when I submitted the ticket and they said they will guarantee that it will be done in 24 hours. But i has already 24 hours, and i still didn't receive any reply from SM.

Anyone have any idea how many days take SM to reload an OS. I have waited for the whole day and it is getting frustrating.

OS reloads are normally done according to queue. If you PM me your ticket number I can ask them to have a look at it now and pass you an update.

I had a similar problem where it was taking way to long (over 48 hours), After 3 phone calls they finally got this handled. I'd just keep calling them until it's done.

48 hours? wow thats far too long than i expected. And they promise me 24 horus will be done?

It is really getting frustrating. Until now there are no reply at all from ServerMatrix. The promise 24 hours to get the job done. I am really serious about cancelling my server over there.
