Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some webspace. I need at least 80MB space and 10Gb bandwidth for 1 month only. It's for video, a trip as in a vacation. Nothing illegal. I don't want a new/own/register domain because it's for only 1 month. Any sugestions?

Thanks.

Well you could go ahead and subscribe with ******.com, ipowerweb.com, midphase.com etc. They have plans that suit your requirements and budget.

Thanks BVS, but the one's you mentioned have additional fees for setting up a new domain or transferring, etc. I don't want to register a domain, and I don't have one, because I only need the space for 1 month. The only place that looks suit my needs is "100 megs web hosting" but nobody talks about them. Whats' wrong with them? Any other suggestions?
Thanks.

Ok, first of all... avoid ******, ipowerweb, powweb and gisol. Your month could go by just banging your head with them.

Any host offering 10 Gb Bandwidth would suit you really.... you don't need a domain, just have a sub-domain setup on the hosts' domain, it costs the same. For ex. myvacation.host-website.com

yes, gxs, you can ask subdomain from your hosting provider. If nothing wrong with your content, they can provide you subdomain for free.

If no one talks about them, that's a good thing. A lot of other hosting companies that do well don't have news about them because there's no complaints and their clients don't like to post reviews either.

So don't discount those you can't get news out of. :)

I apologize for the inconvenience caused since I didnt realize that they have huge setups. If I am not mistaken midphase.com doesnt have a one time setup right?

I don't believe they do for shared accounts, but it would be best to contact them just to confirm.

I know midphase.com does shared accounts with their MEGA PLAN unless I am mistaken.

I at one time was hosted with 100megswebhosting.com it is one of the single best services. They not only have VERY VERY VERY quick response time, they are very very rarely down. I give them two thumbs up.

Thanks everyone for your replies. You've been very helpful. Midphase.com offers plans per quarter at least and that's not what I'm looking for. So I guess since nobody complained about "100 megs web hosting" I'll go with them. They give you a sub domain for free so there's no need to register a new one.
