according to BoxedArts site if you sell it, you need to change it totally and they even say NOT just add a new photo, which is what it appears is the only difference between their stock and yours their stock has a blonde girl yours a brunette.. That is not significant change

Next time you want to make some money, try making a site with pages that actually work, and content that is actually legal!

This is part of a set of TM and BoxedArt design sold on eBay. The original user sold the set with resell rights. However he did not have the right to sell any designs. BoxedArt and TM have been in contact with eBay. I have not seen eBay do anything about it. The last time I cjecjed you could buy the set for $2.
