I didnt want to use this forum for this, but its getting pretty frustrating, I been trying to contact Drams for the past 2 weeks to get my license transfered from one domain to another, but havent heard any replies, i tried direct email, and their online form.

Does anyone have any tip on how to contact them for this?

Weird. I have the exact same problem. Except that I am the one the license is to be transferred to. And, yes, I've talked to Sam.

Hmmm, I guess this explains why my issue with DRAMS has not been addressed in three weeks. I figured it just fell through the cracks or was overlooked.
