How can we check the bandwith usage per domain? Is there any program through which we can allot bandwith per domain. I am using ensim CP.

I would suggest installing Webalizer - this will give you bandwidth statistics (HTTP only) for each domain hosted on your server.

As to how to limit traffic, I don't know how to do this unless you installed a firewall with IP accounting.
Otherwise just charge the clients for the excess traffic above their threshhold.

If you don't want to install webalizer then you can check it by using your control panel.Generally Control panels have one option for it.
