Anyone have any good contacts on getting a fairly cheap office in the Illinois area either the Northwest Suburbs or the Peoria area. I've seen various companies that buy big office buildings and then lease out the seperate offices. Anyone doing anyting like this?

I will try to help. I live in Hinsdale(by Oak Brook). I would check out Lise and get in contact with some buildings there, and see if any tenats would let you lease some of their space. My father leased a office to someone until he moved his office back to Chicago. I know there are some nice buildings in Lise being brought up.

lise might be a little trek for me. I'm from Barrington. I keep going between Barrington and Peoria so either place would work I guess. I'm kinda thinking the schamburg area but I'm fearing I won't find any nice cheap spaces, haha!
