Hello everyone...

Any one know what I am having the following issue with NeoMail?

On a customer here or there, not all of them there NeaoMail will not delete the trash can, or in some cases they will not even move email to other folders....

But this is only on one or two domains out of 40 or more

OK, Back to this problem....

I have removed the Neomail package and re-installed it....

Still having same issue, some select users cannot delete Email, nor move it into another folder.

Please does anyone have any idea on this?

I installed NeoMail about 2 months ago on my RaQ4i and everything is working fine. I installed it exactly as described on their website.
I have no idea how to fix your problem, but did you check the directory- and file permissions?
