Need help with these 2 things please.

1) how to set it in cpanel so that it does not list directories when you goto a wesbite?

2) change the cpanel theme, i have a host thats using cpanel 2.0 or something (real old) and cant figure out how to change it

3) also change it fron CpanelX to xcontroller

1) Can be accomplished by editing your .htaccess (http://www.javascriptkit.com/howto/htaccess11.shtml) file.

First one, in your CPanel, it's in Index Manager. I believe your host needs to be running cPanel 8.x, though...

2. If you have access to WHM, modify the account. If not, ask your web host.

3. Ask your host to upgrade to the latest version of cPanel/WHM.

in WHM, go to Packages section -> Edit packages -> change skin :)

it will affect to every accounts using that package.

not everyone has xcontroller. did you see how much they are charging for it? yipes!

$70 for a single server? it's not that bad, Rvskin is $99 i think, although it does have alot more options i guess, what would you consider a "reasonable" price for a decent cPanel skin?
