I bought one of those ServerMatrix Special Servers:

2.8GHz P4
1GB Memory
Primary Drive: 80GB
Secondary Drive: 40GB
cPanel.

It's for $149 per month with the setup fee. I am willing to hand it over to someone else for the montly cost- forget the setup fee.

Just rang them... $75... still cheaper than paying a setup fee and the extra monthly for the 40GB hdd.

One thing, the server on their site is $149/mo with a $49 setup fee... that doesn't include cpanel tho. Are you sure your agreement with them is $149/mo INCLUDING cpanel??

If its not $149/mo including cpanel then I'll just get one direct... I'd rather pay a higher setup cost and get it cheaper monthly then get yours, pay for a reinstall, and then pay $20/mo extra for cpanel

The Server does have cPanel and I dont think it'll need a re-install or re-image as it's completely empty!
