What is going on with ******* today ?.. Anybody here with ******* ?.. .suddenly everything is offline .. the routing is gone .. their server is unreachable ..

Yep.. they are offline allright! Does anyone have their phone number? I sent them an email at 11:00 a.m. but I have not heard back from them! Can anyone recommend a dedicated server host in the Seattle or Portland area?

Power problems?

Could be power maintenance .. but at least they should send a notification ahead of time.

I still haven't heard back from them. I noticed the outage this morning at about 11am PST. So they were down for at least 2.5 hours. Not to comforting considering I 've been with them for about 15 days. I understand there will be occasional outages.... Keeping clients up to date and responding to tech support questions fast is what makes or brakes a company in my opinion.

unavailable since 11 am this morning. We have a magnitude five emergency
in
our Seattle NOC. The power in our entire building was cut off due to
high
winds in Seattle. Apparently, a tree fall down and hit the power line,
taking out most of Northern Seattle power line. ******* Seattle NOC is
still
running in the dark right now.

Unfortunately, our building generator did not kick in during the power
outage. We had to setup multiple emergency generators on our own to
regain
power to the whole Seattle NOC. Customers who called us may experience
difficulties as our entire telephone system is down right now.

Please bear with us as Seattle city light are working on the power
issue.
Our technicians are working hard in this disaster recovery period to
regain
all of our server services. The good news is All servers are up and
running now.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. Our
technicians are doing their best in order to keep all the servers
running on
generator power supplies.
