I am aware of some great web based CRM/Support software packages such as PhpSupportDesk, WonderDesk etc. I am looking for CRM/Support software that would run as a (thin) client on my support team's desktops. I find that using web based support software slows down my team extensively. Many of our users are not connected to Cable, DSL etc. and use dial up connections.

I am not asking people to defend the current web based packages currently out there. I would really like to know if anyone is aware of CRM/Support software that would run as a (thin) client on my support team's desktops ;-) .

I take it that none of you have heard of this animal ??? ;)
