Just as an update. I'm interested in content based sites and forums. I don't need the licensing of the forums either, but if the deal is good i will buy it anyhow.

I am not interested in pornography, goof sites or template sites with 2-3 pages of junk.

turbo, I have a website + forum that I basically turned into just a forum. If you want, I could put the website back together, along with the forum so you could see it. It used to get about 400-500 uniques, but I never updated it and the subject matter of the website isn't really in the news at the moment...
