Be on the look out for any one using email: cyberhosters@yahoo.com and / or hyii_lynx@yahoo.com when they are placing orders.

They have used 10 stolen credit cards with us that pass the fraud review and we have gotten charged back for every single payment.

We have lost over $1,000 because of this person.

They claim they do not have a credit card and their cousin is going to pay their bill. DO NOT believe it. Thier IP's were all proxied so we were not able to track where they were located.

If you use Modernbill invest the $5.95 a month in FraudGuardian. It is not a full fraud system, but it will tell you things such as proxies, how far the order is from the issuing bank, where their ip is and some other things to help make an informed decision. They have worked out a ton of bugs with the system and it is pretty useable now. Also, you might want to adopt the policy lots here at WHT have and start calling all orders before you activate them. It takes a little time, but it has been worth every second and penny for us.

We do call and verify all orders before they are activated, but this person provided a valid phone # and told us it was there cousins credit card as they didn't have one.

Not much we can do about that...

If name doesn't match credit card, require copy of credit card, as well as official ID via FAX.

Why don't you trace the phone number and press charges that way. You can easily get a phyiscal address from the phone number.
