Hello,
Has anyone located internationally here registered a LLC in the US? I'm looking to grab one because it seems an easier way to deal with owning a company and keeps it legit. The problems i'm having are with taxes, i'm not sure what the federal taxes are, and hopefully anyone who has gone through this could enlighten me. I'm under the impression that in Delaware there are no taxes for an international company, hence why most LLC registration places use Delaware for their international packages, but there is still a federal tax. Like I mentioned before, that's where i'm stuck. My accountant isn't sure either, being Australian he isn't really farmiliar with the US system.
