I registered a domain name 2 days ago to use for email purposes. All I want from hosting really is to use it for email. I want at least 20 email accounts for me an my friends. Does anyone have any suggestions on a specific package? I would also like to be able to pay by the month because in a few months I would like to host my domain by myself. Thanks everyone.

Suggestion: small hosting account or use http://ownmail.com

Fastmail.fm is a great service offering POP3, IMAP, Web-based, Fowarding, Filters, etc. They will do what you are asking for free, probably. You can email (webmaster at fastmail dot fm or j at howard dot fm). (They don't like their emails being put exactly character for character on message boards because of bots.) I suggest contacting them using the second address, it's the guys personal address. It usually takes an hour or two for the person (Jeremy) to reply. Ask about the three plans.
