It shouldn't be that difficult but the problem is that I don't live in the US so I can't just pick one from the yellowpages and drive by their office to have a chat.

Well... I can pick one from the yellowpages but there are hundreds of thousends and making the wrong choice is probably more likely then making the right choice.

Since you all pay corporate taxes and I assume most of you will have an accountant do the taxes I was hoping for some recommendations. Please let me know if you have good experiences with accountants office "X" (website url would be nice) and I'll give them a call.

East coast preferred.

Well we do our taxes by ourselves by using QuickTax. I am sure you can do it by yourself as well by using a tax software but if you need an accountant, call some and ask them for their pricing firstly and their knowledge in the field.

Ask friends or family. Word of mouth is good.

Hire a local college accounting student. You can pay them half the cost of an accounting firm, or local CPA ($125/hr is on the cheap end). Plus, you are helping your local students :)

I'm very lucky to have a sister thats a chartered accountant. I let her do all the work. Best of all it's free :D so i get a larger profit margin :D

Sorry, I don't think I made this clear enough. I need a company with knowledge of US corporate taxes.
Family, friends and local students just like myself have no knowledge of US taxes since they're... well.. not in the US.

Quicktax doesn't seem to be designed for corporate tax submissions. Only small businesses like a sole proprietorship or partnership are included in the software.

I don't think a software package will fit my needs anyway given the special circumstances.

I'm just looking for a reliable accountant office, with degrees on the wall and a secretary at the reception who answers the phones ;)

I married our accountant's daughter. They tend to have a real interest in your success when you do that. ;)
