It is an instant messenger community, in which people can download the messenger and use it just like msn!

The instant messenger program connects with msn messenger and aol messenger as well as members of numessenger itsself.

please note i did not code this instant messenger. However I did purchase it and customise it. If you choose to buy, you do not get source code.

The instant messenger software cost me several hundred dollars, it is very good software. I have customised it, bought logos, web designs, and paid to have a web interface created for it to allow users to log in / signup via the numessenger website.

There is an admin end which you can view all members & their details, and when they have logged on / off. You can also add ads to be rotated inside the messenger software.

As for the website, I have not yet created the help pages, or contact us pages, so a couple of teh links are inactive. This ios because of time constraints. I purchased all of this intending to develop this site, not realising how little spare time I would have.

The messenger really is great, and I urge you to download and try it out.

Where it says 5000 downloads, this is not true, I planned to replace this with a download counter. The only current members are myself and a number of my friends, I have not promoted this site in any way, because I have not had time to do the finishing touches. This sites only traffic is from myself and my friends & colleages who know about my project.

This said it is an excellent site / messenger that needs very little work for it to be up and running, and just a little promotion.

I intended to keep this site for myself, I am only selling , as I am a university student, and dont have enough time to run it.

It is currently hosted by realwebhost.net they have been vrilliant and had 100% uptime whilst I have been with them, the sale comes complete with the hosting package, you may leave it there or move to your own servers.

I must say that I am quite interested in making a bid. I would like to know why the buyer does not get source code though. I think this is a rather large issue because it would diminish the value of the application rather significantly. Also, will this purchase give the buyer full rights to the software? Whats stops you from continuing to market this with another site/name, or from selling it again to someone else? Thanks for your time

perhaps I should have made more clear; I did not write this program, I purchased it, and customised it, as I said in the description. I do not have the source code; I customised via special customisation software, which I will pass on to the buyer. This special software creates a customised version of the messenger client. Upon request I can email you the site I purchased from.

Allthough, I have paid tor custom PHP scripts to be developed allowing users to register on the website, as well as inside the program, and for users to login and edit their password and details, as well as see their buddy list. As well as I paid for logo designs and web designs.
