I'd like to ask you about your term of "bandwidth".

I beleive that 20GB of bandwidth, as you state, is actually monthly data transfer?

So in this case it would be 50$ for 20 GB of monthly data transfer, but is the bandwith fully burstable or not?

And:
-can we upgrade the license for Plesk from 300 to unlimited at the latter time?
-what is the price for latter upgrades and additions (RAM, additional HDDs)?

Regards,
Ales

Ales,

Yes... The bandwidth and the monthly data transfer are the same thing.

The bandwidth is fully burstable.

You can upgrade the Plesk license at a later time.

Extra RAM - one-time costs
128MB - $30
256MB - $60
512MB - $100

Extra HDD - one-time cost
40GB - $100

I just put 40GB HD because the price of a 10GB and 20GB and 40GB are basically the same.

If you decide to upgrade after the the server is built then there will be a tech charge of $75 per hour, but the RAM upgrade only takes about 30 minutes.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

I have a server with ispclub.com currently. I am going on my second
month with them. They have been great in responding to my questions
as well as I can usually find someone on thier live chat system.

They set my server up in about 2-3 hours, which was great as I needed
it ASAP.

I had some problems with the Plesk controls after the server was setup
and they fixed it in about 2 hours, needed to be re-installed.

I had a problem with the Plesk licence and they had that fixed
within 10-15 minutes of me contacting them.

Ordered an additional 32 IP's got those in less than an hour.

Their responce time has been excellent.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated machine.

Regards,
Ray

You got it right NetXL

You should see some of them balance the server on their head when the walk to the tech area from the server room. They take it step by step with their walkers. It is a site to see. Wish I could do that. ;)

Hey Ray... Thanks for the kind words. I'll pay you later :D
