I currently use a unix host that allows multiple domains with separate IP addresses within a single account, with each IP mapped to a different place in the user's directory space (i.e. one domain at the root of the public directory and a couple more at the first level.) Each additional domain/IP costs $25 to set up and $1 per month.
Does anyone know of a windows host or a cold fusion host with a similar offer?
Most hosting services seem to restrict their customers to a single IP address per account, and often they charge fairly ridiculous fees even to alias a second domain to the same IP.

Something always strikes me as suspicious when one person, as his / her first post, asks for a recommendation for a host, and another person, again as the first post, recommends one particular host (in a fair amount of detail!)
Maybe I'm just an old cynic though ;)

You are a cynic. I came here from a webmaster forum, where no one knew much, but someone recommended this forum.
Actually, the company above sounds too cheap to be true, and their website offers little info about the company. I would appreciate other recommendations if anyone knows any.

After much research and reflection, I realize that I need a 99.9-type host -- the reason why the above search is so difficult. High service level = large = inflexible, most of the time. (But then -- maybe there is no such thing as a 99.9 windows host)
Further suggestions in the 99.9 category still appreciated. Even expensive hosts, as long as they don't require a separate complete account for each separate domain/IP.
As a benchmark, Verio will apparently allow a second domain/IP in an account for $10 per month (though I have gotten conflicting info from different sales reps, and I'm still not sure we are talking the same language.) Hostcentric, on the other hand, said forget it, no chance.

Please specify what you meany by unlimited.
I'm sure you wouldn't be to happy if someone signed up with you to take advantage of your "unlimited" features and attempted to create 72,416 POP3 accounts and 104,428 sub-domains.
