I am trying to get webalizer to analyze my squid logs. I get this error when trying to run the webalyzer command.

webalizer: error while loading shared libraries: libgd.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have installed the gd lib and am running slackware 8.1 as the proxy server.

Any ideas what might be causing this error?

I have tried to cp the access.log file and saved it in a different location as I thought that might have been causing the sharing violation, but alas this error still appeared.

All help is greatly appriciated!! :)

You need to install the GD libraries :)
