I am just looking around in advance for a new managed server. I dont need one yet, and I am going to do extensive searching before I choose a particular company. I want managed, because I do not feel like I know enough on my own to run it myself yet.

So Far I have looked at:
www.Sagonet.com - They are awesome so far. I called their technical support line, and asked sales questions and they didnt get irritated with me. Also, I was impressed that telephone support was quickly available. I ask them if Firewall was included with their servers, and they said yes. My only problem with them is that they arent a cpanel partner NOC. I would have to pay 55 a month for cPanel (www.cplicensing.net), and still have to pay extra for cpanel support. To my knowledge I am the first person on the forum to even mention them.

www.HostDime.com - I am interested in them but I question how managed their servers are. I havent ask them if a firewall is included yet, and I havent even tried getting support (not to say that they have bad support, I just havent tried). I searched all over the forum and havent found a definant answer as to if they are good or not. Your input is wanted.

Your input on either of these companies as well as suggestions is welcome. (But please dont just tell me to search the forums.)
