I need someone to write a formal contract to a past partner of mine. Basically, I had a partner for my network of sites, however he decided to leave on his free will because he didn't have enough time to devote himself to the sites. Now, I want to send him a formal email/letter which needs to be approved by him that he cannot come back to the site asking for money which he put into the company. He paid half for most things however most payments were done by myself. It just needs to say that he cannot come back to the company, neither sue us for money.

Will anyone be able to do that?

If you're worried about him coming back to claim money, let alone sue you, I would definetly get a lawyer to write it for you.

There is too much room for error with an unprofessional handling this.
