Well, the billing software that you select is often compatible with both but I think what you need more so is to select a merchant account (if U.S. based) or a third party processor (if non-U.S. in origin) that will allow you to cost effectively accept credit cards and debit cards (the non-ATM type).

got any in mind that i can check out i want one that doesnt cost alot of money even though my company is just getting off the ground

CDG is great for merchant accounts and I think if you do a search on these forums, you will find a lot of people that agree with me. Plus, his WHTPROMO is very cost effective (even for startups). My advice, if you are US-based, give him a shout. I'm certain you will not be disappointed.
