I spend a great deal of time reading business/financial publications, looking at the finer operations of companys, manage a few resutrants, etc. Among the things that I have learned over the years is that there is no problem with contracting out certian aspects of your company's operation to other companys that can provide the service to you. Ofcourse you have to make sure that they are realiable and knowledgable in your product and industry. For a few examples do company's that use payroll services, courier services to deliver product, maintience companies to maintian equipement, etc. are all these companies not serious about their venture. If so I think that a few Presidents/CEO's of a few multi billion dollar business would be upset to hear that they are not really serious about their ventures. This ofcourse is just one person's thoughts. |
