I have been a client of theirs for well over a year now, they never reply to any of my polite emails asking specific questions. I have sent about 5-10 emails over the year and never got a reply from a single one. When you phone and ask a question, they forward you to an answering machine, then don't ever phone you back!


When i got my second account the contract says Visa, Mastercard and Discover, but after i paid the start up fee i never got the Discover account, and they won't reply as to why!


They also told me that the second account would be placed in my 1st account (i got a U.S. account and a Canadian account), but they set it up as it's own account so i had to reprogram all my sites.


So....don't ever sign up with these people unless you want to get less than you paid for, and never any replies, ever! InternetSecure takes your money and treats you like crap. So be warned!

you shoul've come here and ask this messageboards for some tips because there are many webhosting wanabies who charge people how much they want non stop so do some research before you sign up.

Google, I believe this is a cc processing company of some sort (not a web host), although what you said is very true in any case!

Actually, it's my fault...I should have said that it was a merchant account company. I've been sick for almost a week now, and feel and act like an air-head with all these pills.
