Chris Yeah and everygame on the xBox will get ported/hacked over to the pc, so no reason to even waste your money on this thing. With Sony just dumping 125Mil into squaresoft you can kiss goodbuy any chance of a real rpg on any console other then ps2. Gamecube will throw out pokemon and they will rake in the cash just like they do with all their systems. XBox will have a harder time I think.....but with MS behind it, it should do fine. There is room for all 3, just going to depend on what you want to play. I am more interested in the Sega Sports/EA Sports games and seeing who comes out on top on that end. coolguy23 10-10-2001, 11:37 PM but don't you think that you would be able to easily hack xbox and maybe able to play games from ps2 and gamecube on it? do you think this might happen, like on dreamcast, you can play ps games Honu 10-11-2001, 01:00 AM Aloha well since the writing will be more like PC games there should be a lot ported over but they are still as tough to do as a PS2 game ya should have put PS2 in there it will still be a viable box the nintendo is a cartoon type game as Nintendo tends to make mroe kiddy games where xbox and PS2 will (is) going after a bit older crowd there was a good write up on gamespot about the writing of these games etc... me I am not sure I think i will stcik to my PS2 and my PC till the xbox is 2nd gen ;) |
