Hello, I have submitted my site a long time ago to the major search engines, but it was the link to my main page. Is it ok to submit other page links as well to google and other search engines even though my site already appears on them?

Well it's OK but there is no guarantee that they will be submited.
Usually when Google's bot visits your home page it spiders all internal links and puts these pages into database itself.
