Resold accounts are stored in the /home dir.

You can use bandmin (bandmin.org) to monitor that.

Unless Bandmin can be configured other than standard install it is unacceptable for a few reasons:

Bandmin shows only IP traffic and not separated virtual account traffic. Any one using the same IP (i.e. the IP account holder and any resold accounts that are virtual) shows up all statistics on that single IP along with any other un-assigned IPs in the pool. Also, if my understanding is correct, Bandmin only reads HTTP and FTP traffic but not email traffic.
