Anyone know a good lawyer in Florida?
Need some advice on suing a gaggle of jackasses that don't believe they have to pay their affiliates.
Please email me or post contact information.
Thanks in advance.

Good luck!
But chances are your affiliate agreement has a fine print clause that says something like there's no gaurantee of payment or that payment is based on the affiliate source getting paid from the affiliate merchant first (assuming they don't pay you directly).
(not a lawyer, not a legal opinion)
Check out www.GTlaw.com not cheap but a great firm that _understands_ the Internet ...

Or check out www.ibusinesslawyer.com (http://www.ibusinesslawyer.com/), they deal with Internet Law.

If it is a small amount, you may be able to skip the lawyer and go to small claims court. The amount is usually under $2,500 for most states.
If there is a way to get in contact with the other affiliates, and your cause is legit (fine print doesn't cover your cause) there could be room for class action. Doesn't mean you'll get anything though. A chapter 7 would wipe out affilate pay, I'm sure.
