would anyone be kind and other there services to design a lofo about 150px wide and 90px high for free. It dont have to be brill but it has to fit with the page of black bg, white and light grey. Please could someone help.

Also is there anything like 2checkout that is free because i am skint, lol. If u dont know what 2checkout is, it is a online shopping kinda account to process order so that i can have hosting accounts set up. Or it would be better if anyone can help me set up a system to order hosting accounts and the process it so they can use the account within a few hours or straignt away.
