Has anyone seen any software (for windows) that can check a POP server, downloads the email and then sends it as a fax to a specified number?

Ive looked at services such as http://www.ozefax.com.au and http://www.interfax.net but i would need somethign that i can run locally myself, so that i dont have to rely on a 3rd party.

anyone seen such a beast?
