I know kayako esupport does this. Are there any others? I guess cost is really not a big issue since at least I could be mobile and still support my clients. Most support tickets are usually not graphics intensive and since it is usually all text, it is not going to take up too much transfer size. Box0 02-06-2004, 11:10 AM Yes. Are you using eSupport? I tried thier online WAP demo and it seemed very good. OMaHTLD 02-07-2004, 12:25 PM Well, I'm currently trying to find the time to integrate (read rewrite) osTicket with Modernbill, and I will probably have a seperate addy just for the admin bit devoted to wap so I can use my treo 600 to admin the tickets. Just dont have the time to finish it right now, but I will. If I find more time, I may start work on a theme that auto detects browser type and sets the theme accordingly.
