I'm looking for a server for shoutcast relays only. Need something with lots of bandwidth. Maybe a PIII, 256-512 ram, with little hard disk space as it would be just for a relay for my shoutcast radio stream. Anyone know of any good deals out there? Managed.com and Server Matrix looked good, but it seems that either their prices went up, their out of stock, or changed their specs.
P.S.
I am broadcasting at 128kbps. Also looking for Adveristers or sponsors. ;)

You don't need server for relay server. Just pay per listener :)
The price per listener is usually $3.00

maybe sentris.com or ev1, or server4you, or even 1and1's new dedicated servers, it doesn't sounds like you have really high demands on the server, a relay does nothing but suck bandwidth. :)

Yeap it does. :)
Thing is, sites like; audiorealm, streamguys, mediacast, etc charge around $3 per listeners for 128kbps which sucks. If I wanted 20 listeners, it would cost me roughly $60. I might as well get a dedicated server like servermatrix; which I currently have. I'm paying $59.00/mo for 1000 gigs which translate to 24 listeners continuously. I can also go above 24 slots so long as I don't go over on bandwidth, need to average 24 listeners overall for the month where stream hosts limit you. Usually I set the listener max count to 100 for peak times for when it hits.
To me, getting another dedicated server is a waste because I wouldn't be using all its aspects like hard disk space, emails, etc... It would be cool if someone offered a “low cost” on just bandwidth relay and nothing else without the bells and whistles.

You can get fairly cheap dedicated servers .
As a though if you wanted to you could try offering the remaing free space as backup space to someone cheaply.
