I was thinking of adding a free hosting part to my site. What are all the things that I need to know about it. Also I am purchasing a server from ev1servers.net. What will I need to do to make my free hosting part?

Well, you're going to need someone to run the server (unless you know exactly what you're doing), check out the files on the free sites to make out warez and other illegal materials are not being uploaded and then someone to run the signup/support part. In other words, it's a lot of work and costs for something free.
