Check out the attached screenshot... why are my scrollbars showing like that on a Mac?

My main concern is if it's an all round Mac problem or just this 1 machine.

Person who complained is running:

Mac OS 9.2.2
IE 5.1 Mac Edition

I'll pat $ to anyone who knows how to fix...

Its a problem with his computer. I just checked it out in Windows (IE, Opera & Mozilla), Linux (Opera, Mozilla & KDE) & Mac (IE, Safari) and everything is ok.

Since I know nothing of Macs (I only have one to check webpages I design), I'd say have that person get their computer looked at).

One complaint? It's the computer. Until someone else complains about the same problem it's the user's computer.

Looks to me like the machine needs a reboot.
