You can easily make $40 per day, I did when I was active with the site. You could make much more if you market it correctly.
Check out the traffic ranking http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?q=&url=DollarsByEmail.com

Of course I am making money but I need to let this one go to focus more on my other sites.

You would have an easier sale if you could provide a link to your stats or a screen shot. Same would apply to support your income comments.

im not doubting you... but if your making $40/day, thats $1200/month - $14,400/year - why sell so cheap?

also, so much traffic and a google pr of 0?

what kind of bandwidth are you going thru currently?

I am eager to sell this site as the money would be very welcome.
No more than ten gigabytes monthly

Where does the traffic come from? I don't see any backlinks (and Google updated backlinks and PR less than 24 hours ago -- including new backlinks from January).

Links from other sites mainly as people are regularly promote their referral link.

I'll start the bidding at $1,000.00....BUT my bid is based on a signed contract by you guranteeing that my income will be at least $1,000.00 in the first 30 days of ownership.

This is based on your claim that the site is currently making $40.00 per day. $40.00 per day times 30 days is $1,200.00, so I'm even giving you $200.00 to play with there.

Further details can be worked out which will guarantee your fulfillment of the contract if you're willing to accept my offer.

$1050 if you can guarantee what ezhost just said.

here's an idea. I can pay you say 10% now, and if I dont make at least $200 in a week, you can have your site back and we get a refund, thats a way of guaranteeing this.

I am interested as well, but have a few concerns.

You arent getting more than 450 unique visitors a day consistently, and out of those you make $40 minimum?

This is a perfect solution. ;)

I will accept no less than $2,000 under those conditions.
The site only needs to make one sale of the 5,000 clicks to make $40.

so you will do a signed contract for $200 deposit (10%) pending on the minimum profit of $1000 in the first 30 days of ownership at which time the remainding $1800 is due?

If you fail to make $1000 then you must send the money you made minus $200.

Can you please verify exactly what deal your willing to accept. When I say deal I mean in regards to how much down and what type of guarantee?

In other words if you claim 40.00 a day or let's say 1000.00 a month in income, and I offer xxxx.xx based on those figures and the income is let's say only 200.00 a month...then I would have what recourse?

$2,000 based on $10-$40 a day. This is realistic and reasonable.
You may make more depending on your strategy.
DollarsByEmail is one of the biggest and oldest sites its industry.

People do not usually make guarantees when selling sites.

Ill tell you what Ill take another bite at this and if you can email/post/fax some sort of verified income statement from this site for say the past 3 months Ill double the deposit and give it 30 days to generate income. How is this income recieved profit checks, monthly weekly daily..

I'm confused. YOu have no google PR, backlinks, and the most recent screenshot on Alexa has a page with "CockleFighting"?

Still $40/day

If someone is going to pay $2000.00 for a site, and their decision is based on the fact that you state you are making 40.00 a day, then I think it is very common to either get some type of verifiable proof of income, or get some type of guarantee, that you are in fact making that much.

I notice now your saying $10.00 to $40.00 a day....but before you clearly stated you are making $40.00 a day.

THAT is exactly why I think some of us we're concerned. Have your sales dropped 30.00 per day in the last week?

Depending on your strategy you might make $10-$40 per day. I will not guarantee $40 per day because your strategy maybe different to mine.
DollarsByEmail has lots of advertisers but you must motivate them for them to spend money.
