Is anyone a reseller for MChost.com? I am very interested in reselling for them. But I am still a newbie to reselling and would like to know how you can MChost.com can remain anonymous to your clients.

Can anyone point me to a website that is a reseller of MChost.com?

Thanks everyone.

I'm a reseller, but don't have the site operational yet. You can currently look at Orb5.com's weird front image though and go as far back as you can getting info on it if you wish. :)

Note: Once I do get the site up I'll edit the post and remove the domain since I'd probably get hammered for putting it there. I'm only putting it up now since the site isn't up and all it is, is an image.

hey thanks JustInk,

I guess not too many people here are resellers for MCHost, but they do seem a popular choice.

I know there are more resellers of MCHost than just yourself, I hope people can post some more websites.

Thanks again.

You may want to go to the mchost board and ask there since more of the customers migrate around that area. :)

Well, if you gave ppl more then a day, or did a Search, you could prob. get more info here. There was a thread in this (Reseller) Forum recently about them...try finding it. It had some great info!

Hi,

I am reselling for mchost for 2 months and globally I would say that I have made the good choice.

The tech support is fast enough (< 6h for almost all the questions) and they solve your problems. Sometimes the people from tech support are giving contradictory answers but this is perhaps because they do not yet have a homogenous question database.

Anyway, I am very satisfied with them till now and I recommend their service. They have also a forum located at http://forums.mchost.com and you can take a look in order to see what the people out there are saying.

Good luck.

3 months and counting...

Any problems have always been dealt with professionally and I've never received a "seems fine" here response which is the bane of all resellers. They will always get the bottom of a problem and work with you.

Compared to virtually all my other hosting experiences they rate VERY highly.

I just started reselling for them this month, but I have resold for two other companies, and have had regular accounts at a couple of places. They are the best I have come across by far!
Uptime is great, fast servers/connections, and friendly professional staff. They don't have a support phone #, but are very responsive by helpdesk/email. The last company I used had an 888#, and never answered it, or returned my calls! They are working on support (adding an 800#) which will make support even better, and judging by the way they handle emails, they should be very responsive by phone.
Hope this helps you make a decision!:D

I have only been with them a couple of weeks but overall I'd give them an A+
Their support is good and the message board is Great and gives you a lot of help from other customers as well as staff

I Highly recommend them

As of now, I have been an mchost.com reseller for exactly four days. The response to my questions has been very prompt (usually less than an hour) and the admin systems seem very full-featured. I'll check back in here in a month and let you know how it's going. But so far, so good.
