I want a Web Host that will actively upload my items for sale as well as my general site info. As a novice I am looking also for a simple to use, copy and paste format.Shopping cart, payment options. Basically, a host that caters to e-business, small companies.
A host with an autoload feature to ebay for items I select is highly desired.
I'm hoping someone out there can direct me.
I would like opinions on TIAS or Earthling.

If ebay is your main goal you're probably better off going with one of the auction service sites. They have the tools to setup and launch your auctions.

As for an E-commerce site, you might be able to find a host with a site creation tool or some templates but either you or a designer is going to have to get involved (at least at first) with setting up the pages, the shopping cart, receving orders etc. You can't just upload your stuff to a server and as though by magic expect formatted E-commerce pages to be created.

AW isn't free!

They charge you both a fee to submit auctions AND a final value fee! I think they are also charging to host images too.

Gave them up a long time ago.

It's no big deal to setup the HTML for an auction and submit it manually yourself.
