What would be the best partitions on a CPanel server for a 40GB, 80GB, 120GB, and 200GB HD?
For a 60GB drive, I'd use
/dev/hda3 3.9G /usr
/dev/hda2 3.9G /var,
but don't know how much would be the best to assign to "/", "/tmp". The leftover space would go to /home.
Thanks,
Josh

The /usr and /var partitions are very small on that machine. Josh did find the article at CPanelTips.net, and here are the recommended partitions:
40GB HD
/ 1024
/boot 100M
/usr 4096M
/var 4096M
/tmp 1024M
swap (x2 RAM, Max 2048M)
/home fill to disk
60GB
/ 1024
/boot 100M
/usr 5120M
/var 5120M
/tmp 1024M
swap (x2 RAM, Max 2048M)
/home fill to disk
80GB
/ 1024
/boot 100M
/usr 6144M
/var 6144M
/tmp 1024M
swap (x2 RAM, Max 2048M)
/home fill to disk
120GB
/ 2048
/boot 100M
/usr 8192M
/var 8192M
/tmp 1024M
swap (x2 RAM, Max 2048M)
/home fill to disk

I think you need to hire someone who knows what they are doing because you'll probably get hacked in under a week. I just hope that you're not intending to run a hosting service the wat that things stand now. ;)
