Does Cpanel/WHM keep email logs? If so, where can I find them?

I need to look at how many emails were sent/received by one account over a 2week period.

so the Mail Statistics in WHM are not enough.

Look in /var/log/exim_mainlog You'll need to use some creative greps to get what you need, but it is definitely possible.
